Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) Dangerous Goods (IATA/ADR)

Your future job:

We are seeking you for a permanent, direct-hire position with our client, a startup specializing in high-tech hardware and software development for military aviation technology. You will be based in Munich as Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) Dangerous Goods (IATA/ADR) working full-time (40 hours).

Your tasks:

  • Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and material flow to ensure efficient and reliable production processes.
  • Perform incoming goods inspections and maintain strict quality standards, preventing non-conforming materials from entering production.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery, quality, and supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate ERP/SAP records, inventory documentation, and shipping/export paperwork with a strong focus on traceability and compliance.
  • Ensure compliant packaging and transportation, including the safe handling and shipment of Dangerous Goods (IATA/ADR, LiPo batteries).
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing logistics processes, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and accuracy.


Your profile:

  • Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, incoming goods inspection, quality control, and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Experience with shipping documentation, export processes, and Dangerous Goods regulations (IATA/ADR), preferably for LiPo batteries.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing and German language skills are a plus.
