We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer & Sales Support Specialist who will provide high-quality support to customers and the sales team while contributing to the smooth operation of daily business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers and the sales team via phone and email
- Manage orders, card and PIN code blocks, and the delivery of cards and PINs
- Create and maintain customer accounts in the Smart Diesel and DKV systems
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely responses
- Manage relationships with courier companies and resolve delivery-related issues
- Archive documents and manage customer correspondence
- Support Sales activities (customer activation, reporting, contracts) and provide backup support within the team
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset, with strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- English language – intermediate level (considered an advantage)
- MS Office – intermediate level
