As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

Our Fulfillment @home @work team is a key pillar of DKV Mobility’s strategic direction as the market leader in commercial fueling and charging solutions. We are shaping the future of mobility and enabling our customers to seamlessly transition into the world of electric mobility. We build and manage charging infrastructure for electric vehicles at home (@home) and in the workplace (@work). Together with our extensive network of partner companies, we install wallboxes across Germany and Europe and connect them with first-class software solutions.

• As the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding charging infrastructure in the field of e-mobility, you have a direct impact on customer satisfaction for our customers in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic. You will be in close contact with customers via phone and email.
• You independently resolve customer issues and leverage a network of internal experts to develop timely and effective solutions.
• You process and review incoming and outgoing customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• You work in a modern Microsoft Dynamics environment and use various tools to track and prioritize your tasks. You maintain and manage data diligently in SAP and MS Office.
• Through your close interaction with customers, you identify recurring topics and trends at an early stage and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
• You monitor a wide range of processes and contribute to regular management reporting activities
• With your input, you help improve operational processes and further develop our software landscape.
• You answer questions related to orders, customer data, and invoices, while also providing first-level support for technical issues.
• You drive internal coordination and organization, always keeping the best possible customer solution in focus.
