As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
As Process Manager Lead-to-Order, you are responsible for the operational management and continuous optimization of key system-supported processes across the entire Lead-to-Order funnel – from lead generation and routing through qualification and first contact to opportunity handling, quotation, and conversion. You ensure that processes run reliably, efficiently, and consistently in day-to-day operations, identify optimization opportunities throughout the funnel, and independently drive impactful improvement initiatives.
- You manage the Lead-to-Order process in daily operations and ensure that lead generation and routing, lead qualification, and funnel transitions function reliably and according to defined business rules.
- You monitor performance across key funnel stages (e.g., Lead Qualification Rate, Conversion Rates, Cycle Times) and derive targeted actions to improve outcomes.
- You analyze process drop-offs, delays, and inconsistencies throughout the funnel, identify root causes, and independently implement corrective measures.
- You own end-to-end optimization initiatives within the Lead-to-Order process – from problem definition and solution design to successful implementation and impact measurement.
- You ensure that defined lead routing logics, assignment rules, and qualification criteria are correctly implemented and consistently applied in practice.
- You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize lead handovers, first-response processes, and opportunity handling across clearly defined transition points.
- You translate operational requirements into concrete workflow, CRM, and process enhancements and drive their implementation through to effective operational adoption.
- You ensure that new process designs and optimization measures are successfully embedded into day-to-day operations and deliver measurable business impact.
- You act as the central point of contact for operational questions related to lead management, funnel governance, and process execution within your area of responsibility.
- You have experience managing and optimizing Lead-to-Order or Sales Funnel processes, ideally within a Commercial Excellence environment.
- You bring strong expertise in funnel management and KPI optimization (e.g., lead routing, qualification logic, conversion rates) and can derive and implement data-driven improvements.
- You have a proven track record of independently driving optimization initiatives from concept to implementation, delivering measurable business impact.
- You have experience working with CRM systems and digital platforms and understand how process logic can be mapped, managed, and optimized within system environments.
- You work in a structured and pragmatic way, turning complex processes into scalable and operationally effective solutions.
- You are confident in driving process adherence and implementing process logic, even when facing resistance in day-to-day operations.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can pragmatically align diverse stakeholder requirements across the funnel.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a strong asset in our international environment. By nature, this role operates across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups.
- You are a team player with high standards for quality and impact. You challenge the status quo, think in solutions, and see continuous improvement as part of your mindset rather than just an annual objective.
