• Lead and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements, particularly related to the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and NIS2
• Develop and manage roadmaps, governance concepts, and implementation plans
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business processes and controls
• Perform gap assessments, risk analyses, and maturity evaluations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Quality Management, and Security functions
• Prepare management presentations, steering committee materials, and executive reports
• Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory readiness
• Facilitate decision-making processes and stakeholder alignment across the organization
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations

• Degree or comparable qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
• Professional experience in project, program, or transformation management
• Experience in regulated industries or regulatory environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Information Security, CRA, NIS2, ISO 27001, or OT Security is considered a plus but is not mandatory
• Proven ability to quickly understand complex topics and translate them into practical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience presenting to senior management and executive audiences
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are beneficial
