  • Independently setting up and configuring a HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise installation
  • Creating quotes, managing invoices and subscriptions, handling framework agreements, managing products with discount structures, approval workflows, and bonus allocation based on quotas
  • Technical support and close coordination with agency partners
  • Setting up and implementing the HubSpot instance in a specified Jira environment
  • Planning and implementing workflows for external apps, appointment management (swapping, property viewings), and customer reports
  • Creating and managing standard sales pipelines as well as custom HubSpot reports
  • Basic understanding of and consideration for Service Hub Enterprise features during implementation
  • Focus on technical implementation without direct customer contact
  • Relevant, in-depth experience in the implementation and configuration of HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise
  • Very good understanding of HubSpot reports and their structure
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools
  • Extensive experience in the technical setup of CRM and sales automation solutions
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Preferred: Experience with MAKE.com or API interfaces for integrations
  • Fluent english
  • Remote work option
  • Working in an international environment
