As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You independently analyze and resolve IT issues as part of 2nd-level support, both on-site and remotely, and provide user support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint security solutions, mobile devices, workplace systems, and printing environments.
- You install, configure, and maintain software applications and new IT systems.
- You set up, customize, and deploy end-user devices such as laptops, smartphones, and peripheral equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient provisioning.
- You support the lifecycle management of our hardware assets and help manage and track IT equipment throughout its lifecycle.
- You maintain and monitor IT inventory levels and ensure accurate technical documentation.
- You contribute to the implementation of IT security policies and IT standards and support the continuous improvement of our IT processes.
- You support and maintain our media technology systems, helping to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
- You collaborate closely with various business departments and contribute to delivering a high level of service quality within IT support.
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- You are proficient in German and have good English language skills, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and iOS.
- You have a keen interest in IT support processes and enjoy exploring new technologies and innovations.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a friendly, service-oriented approach distinguish you.
- Excellent German and fluent English skills complete your profile.
