- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in day-to-day operations, ensuring a reliable and efficient service experience
- Coordinate delivery processes in collaboration with logistics providers, suppliers and customers
- Support credit assessments, credit line reviews and credit limit monitoring in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales team to manage existing business activities and support new business transactions
- Handle import and export operations, including the preparation and management of relevant documentation
- Maintain and update master data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure proper filing and administration of business-related records and documentation
- Independently manage operational issues and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in business administration, international trade or a related field
- Experience in customer service, supply chain operations, import/export, sales support or back-office functions is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is considered a plus
- Service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
