- You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding your areas of responsibility and support the HR Operations team in its day-to-day business.
- You independently handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting time management processes, and preparing and processing HR-related correspondence.
- You process employee requests through the Employee Service Point.
- You create employment references using modern tools and provide guidance and support to employees throughout the process.
- You gain comprehensive insights into operational HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- You actively support ongoing HR initiatives and contribute to a variety of HR projects.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English and impress with your open, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- You work in a structured, organized, and detail-oriented manner, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- You take ownership of your responsibilities and approach tasks and challenges with a proactive mindset.
- You stay organized and maintain a clear overview, even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while effectively prioritizing your workload.
- A strong customer and service orientation completes your profile.
