- You take ownership of IT service management in line with ITIL principles and ensure the effective implementation of IT governance for the company-wide risk assessment platform.
- You develop and maintain service catalogs, SLAs, KPIs, and process documentation while overseeing the monitoring and operation of key applications and services, including Azure, Azure Functions, Azure ML, and Snowflake.
- You manage and optimize relationships with external data providers, support the definition and procurement of new services, and contribute to the selection of new service providers.
- You lead the resolution of IT incidents and coordinate the rapid restoration of business operations by efficiently directing activities across application and infrastructure service delivery teams.
- You collaborate closely with development teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate IT-related process improvements and system enhancements.
- You support IT projects throughout the implementation, testing, and rollout phases and ensure a seamless transition into day-to-day operations.
- You evaluate emerging technologies and alternative solutions and provide recommendations to meet evolving business requirements and drive continuous improvement.
- You play a key role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and future development of the overall platform and service landscape.
- You bring several years of experience in IT service management or the operation of complex, business-critical applications.
- You have a strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management, particularly in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management, as well as experience in implementing IT governance frameworks.
- You possess extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform, including Azure Functions and Azure ML, as well as Snowflake, and have hands-on experience operating and monitoring cloud-based data platforms.
- You have experience managing service providers and external data suppliers, including SLA management, KPI tracking, and conducting service reviews.
- You remain calm and effective in critical situations and have proven experience managing IT incidents and driving rapid, sustainable resolution of issues.
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with business functions, service providers, and technical teams.
- You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style and consistently deliver reliable results.
