• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities in terms of schedule, quality, and execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure smooth workflow across multiple project streams
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
• Identify risks, issues, and delays early and implement mitigation measures
• Collaborate closely with project and construction management
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid experience in site management or construction management
• Experience in industrial construction or large-scale projects is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with construction and project management tools (e.g., MS Office, Navisworks, Bluebeam)
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
