Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

3–7 years of project or program management experience

Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)

PMP or Agile certification preferred

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution

Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources through formal processes

Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
