- The work location can be either Kassel, Ingolstadt or Wolfsburg, with up to 4 days per week in a home office setup.
- Elicit and analyze customer and stakeholder requirements for onboard chargers (OBC)
- Derive, specify, and maintain system, hardware, and software requirements
- Manage requirements in industry-standard tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer)
- Ensure traceability across requirements, architecture, and testing
- Create and maintain system requirement specifications (SRS)
- Support system architecture and interface definition
- Develop use cases and system scenarios
- Contribute to ASPICE-compliant documentation, audits, and assessments
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
- Several years (ideally 10+ years) of experience in OBC requirements engineering
- Experience with full OBC project lifecycles up to SOP
- Strong ASPICE knowledge (min. Level 2)
- Experience in power electronics or high-voltage systems
- Proficiency in requirements management tools
- Knowledge of SysML/UML or model-based development is a plus
- Good German and fluent English skills (written and spoken)

Gehaltsinformationen
- The salary depends on the individual skill level and can go up to €140,000 per year.
