- The work location can be either Kassel, Ingolstadt or Wolfsburg, with up to 4 days per week in a home office setup.
- Develop and maintain system and hardware architecture for onboard chargers (OBC)
- Translate system requirements into technical concepts and designs
- Define system functions, interfaces, and operating states
- Select technologies, topologies, and components
- Consider EMC, thermal, and high-voltage constraints
- Create architecture models and technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and test teams
- Support FMEA, safety analyses, and system integration
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or physics
- Solid experience in OBC system engineering
- Experience with series production projects and industrialization
- Strong expertise in system and hardware architecture
- Experience with ASPICE and ISO 26262
- Knowledge of global charging standards
- Experience with bidirectional charging (V2X)
- Good German and fluent English skills

Gehaltsinformationen
- The salary depends on the individual skill level and can go up to €140,000 per year.
