- End-to-end ownership of the stability, scalability, and performance of customer-facing applications within a cloud-native,
- Linux-based environment, ensuring high reliability through advanced monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices.
- Active contribution to the evolution of the platform landscape by improving resilience, monitoring capabilities, and operational standards, as well as evaluating and introducing new tools, technologies, and best practices that enhance system quality and engineering efficiency.
- Design and implementation of scalable infrastructure, configuration standards, and CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on automation and Infrastructure as Code, while promoting DevOps principles across teams to enable faster, more reliable, and high-quality software delivery.
- Support for the continuous migration and optimization of applications and delivery processes in a modern cloud ecosystem, primarily Azure, including contributions to architecture decisions and ensuring high standards of security, scalability, and performance.
- Work within a modern technology stack including Angular, Spring Boot, Java, Terraform, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Grafana, Loki, and Ansible, leveraging these tools to drive automation, reduce operational complexity, and improve system reliability.
- You have a degree in (business) informatics, training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification.
- Advanced experience in DevOps and cloud environments for at least 4 years, with strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and version control systems such as Git, as well as hands-on experience with observability tools like Grafana, Loki, or Kibana.
- Solid background in Linux system administration, microservices architectures, and Java-based applications, combined with practical experience in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts such as load balancing, failover, high availability, resilience, monitoring, and log management, along with experience working with messaging systems such as Kafka and configuration management tools like Ansible or similar.
- A structured, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong ownership and accountability, the ability to prioritize effectively in complex environments, and strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and international teams.
- A continuous learning mindset, with a strong focus on automation, quality, and continuous improvement, and a clear drive to build reliable and scalable systems that deliver value to customers.
