As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- In this role, you are responsible for building and managing the Commercial Academy. To achieve this, you define and implement a strategic, data-driven Commercial Academy, including governance, operating model, and learning architecture.
- You own the design of curricula and capability models, developing role-based learning paths, onboarding programs, and continuous development formats based on data-driven performance insights.
- As part of defining learning formats, content, and standards (LXD leadership), you establish methodological standards for instructional design, learning formats, and content quality to ensure scalability and consistency.
- You are also responsible for measuring impact and driving continuous optimization. You build a data-driven framework to assess training success (e.g., adoption, skill progression, business impact) and ensure ongoing improvement.
- In addition, you take ownership of team building and capability development. You build and further develop a specialized expert team and define roles, capabilities, and ways of working.
- For stakeholder integration and transformation enablement, you work closely with Sales and Customer Service organizations to embed learning into workflows and ensure adoption.
- You bring solid experience in strategic learning and capability steering as a performance lever.
- You have proven experience in building and managing Commercial Academies as well as complex learning architectures.
- You are used to taking end-to-end ownership – from developing learning strategies to successful implementation.
- You have hands-on experience in driving learning impact in a data-driven way, including building and applying KPI frameworks.
- You bring a strong understanding of sales processes and commercial transformation.
- You have experience building and developing organizations and capabilities “from scratch.”
- You are experienced in working with modern learning technologies, digital learning formats, or AI-based learning solutions.
- You demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and experience in building organizations in a dynamic, growing environment.
- You bring strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in complex, cross-functional environments.
- You work in a structured and conceptual way while also showing strong execution capabilities.
- You take ownership and have a strong drive to actively shape and push topics forward.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
