As an HR Talent Development Expert, you are the central sparring partner for our leaders and business units – forward-thinking and focused on building the capabilities we need to win. You turn our people and learning strategy into impactful development initiatives, strengthening tech, data, customer centricity, and leadership. This position is part of our HR Taskforce, driving transformation and growth in close collaboration with our HR experts at DKV Mobility.
- You define and implement a future-focused capability strategy.
- You design scalable learning and development ecosystems.
- You drive leadership development aligned to transformation goals.
- You introduce modern approaches (e.g., learning journeys, academies, experiential learning).
- You partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps.
- You ensure development is tied to real business outcomes.
- You move beyond training and build real capability.
- You think systemically about skills, roles, and growth.
- You create engaging, practical, high-impact learning experiences.
- You influence stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- You bring several years of experience in talent development, learning, and/or leadership development.
- You have experience in transformational and/or fast-scaling environments.
- You have hands-on exposure to modern L&D practices (digital, agile, skills-based).
- You influence stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- You deliver measurable capability uplift in key areas (tech, data, customer centricity).
- You improve leadership effectiveness in line with our transformation goals.
- You strengthen internal mobility and our talent pipeline.
- You earn strong business feedback on capability relevance and impact.
- You enjoy working in an international environment and feel comfortable in a modern HR operating model.
- You are fluent in German and have a strong command of English.
