• Equipment reliability oversight - Ensure availability, performance, and lifecycle optimization of small equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance
• Performance monitoring - Track equipment KPIs, analyze trends, and drive efficiency improvements
• SME support for CAPEX - Serve as Subject Matter Expert during equipment design, selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification
• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Operations to ensure compliant and seamless equipment integration
• Troubleshooting & RCA - Investigate deviations, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust CAPAs
• Continuous improvement - Recommend system upgrades, process optimizations, and reliability enhancements
• GMP compliance - Execute all activities per GMP and regulatory standards; author and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Quality record management - Prepare and review deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigation reports
• Audit readiness - Represent the department during audits and inspections, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely resolution of findings
• Safety & environmental stewardship
  

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and operational excellence projects
• Support training activities by sharing knowledge and expertise related to equipment and systems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and regulatory expectations
• Experience in relevant field
• German and English required
