• Design and develop Power BI reports/dashboards for KPI management and controlling
• Integrate, model, and harmonize data from multiple sources (e.g., SAP), ensuring data quality
• Standardize and optimize existing reporting solutions to reduce complexity and improve efficiency
• Build Power Apps and automate financial processes using Power Automate
• Translate business requirements (controlling, planning, performance) into technical solutions
• Manage releases, testing, documentation, and collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders

• Fluent German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2) language skills are required
• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar
• Solid experience in data analytics, BI, or finance-related digital initiatives
• Strong knowledge of finance/controlling processes (planning, forecasting, reporting, KPIs)
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SQL/data modeling
• Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to bridge business and IT
