• Manage OEM purchase orders with global third-party suppliers and ensure accurate execution
• Monitor product availability and on-time delivery, driving corrective actions with suppliers as needed
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between procurement and global supply chain teams
• Manage returns to suppliers, ensuring efficient and compliant reverse logistics processes
• Process and confirm SAP inbound deliveries, including virtual goods receipt and goods issue postings.Monitor system alerts and interfaces, resolving issues and ensuring smooth system operations
• Lead onboarding of third-party suppliers, including coordination, system setup, and compliance alignment

• Solid experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM and analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Structured, independent working style with a high level of accountability and ownership
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced global environment
• Effective communicator, able to manage supplier and stakeholder interactions professionally
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and German, with an open attitude toward new processes and continuous improvement

• Role within a global supply chain organization contributing to worldwide healthcare product delivery
• Exposure to end-to-end drop-shipment processes and international supplier management
