• Execution and initial analysis of existing performance tests in the online banking environment during integration test phases
• Support of the team during intensive testing phases with increased workload and willingness to perform overtime
• Compensation of overtime during interim phases in line with defined budget constraints
• Maintenance and update of test documentation
• Collaboration within the online banking performance testing sub-team of approximately 5 team members

• Several years of experience as a Performance Engineer on a Professional to Senior level (at least 5 years)
• Strong expertise in performance testing
• Ideally experience with Step (Exense) and Selenium
• Alternatively experience with Playwright or Selenium Test Automation as well as common performance testing tools such as k6, JMeter, NeoLoad or LoadRunner
• Very good command of English or German (minimum C1 level)
• Experience in executing and interpreting performance tests as well as working with test automation

• Ocation: Bern with home office options after onboarding
• Team setup: Sub-team mainly German-speaking, communication in the overall team also in English
