Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Customer Order Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
This position is a one year fixed-term contract.
Your Responsibilities:
- Point of Contact and Manager of the repair of Airbus proprietary parts, lease and exchange services
- Contact person for worldwide customers (Airlines, MRO Organisations) and respective repair stations regarding process status, commercial issues and AOG inquiries and orders
- Monitor contract conformity of suppliers and repair stations based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze customer-specific problems and complaints and coordinate the developed delivery solutions with Airbus & Satair
- Ensure daily communication with the repair stations to guarantee the performance targets (time, costs & quality)
- Provide customers with information regarding the status of component repairs and alternative service solutions
- Monitor closely the supply chain upstream and downstream as an end-to-end process
- Support purchase, sales and material Process Management of Airbus proprietary parts
- Prepare performance reports when required (claims, Shop Processing Time (SPT), Turn-Around-Time (TAT), Action tracker)
- Lead and support projects for improvements and future way of working
- Forecast and support of the timely transfer of piece parts to fulfill delivery times towards external customers
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable
- Several professional experience in Disposition, Customer Service, Supplier Management and Process Improvement
- Experience in Project Management
- Good skills in MS-Office (Excel), SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- German, French or Spanish skills are a plus
