- Experience on Lithography exposure tool will be a plus
- Can be independent to work on tool issue and follow up.
- Has to be working for on-call and sometimes requires to work on night shift.
Qualifications
- Support TSMC Scanner installation & maintenance in Tainan/Chiayi
- Also support other customers/regions if necessary
