The Team Manager Automation Excellence drives the organization’s automation strategy by enabling scalable, high‑quality RPA and AI‑enhanced solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and business performance.
This role ensures the delivery of robust automation outcomes, establishes modern development standards, and expands automation capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Automation Excellence team, ensuring high‑quality delivery of RPA and AI-enabled automation solutions.
- Identify, prioritize, and steer automation opportunities to maximize business impact and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for automation technologies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning business stakeholders, IT, and development teams to ensure successful end-to-end automation outcomes.
- Oversee the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of the automation platform and implemented solutions.
- Promote innovation by integrating emerging technologies such as AI, OCR, and process/communications mining into the automation roadmap.
- Enable capability growth through coaching, training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Strong understanding of RPA technologies and AI-enabled automation solutions
- Ability to define governance frameworks and development standards for automation
- Experience in identifying and scaling automation opportunities across business functions
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Innovation mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies
- Strong proficiency in English, German language is a plus
- Experience with modern process technologies (e.g., Process Mining, OCR, AI tools)
