Marketing Specialist (gn) - Location Romania

The objective of this position is to implement marketing strategies aimed at promoting the company's brands and services (DKV Group) to customers in the most attractive way possible, while identifying opportunities to increase profitability for each brand and service, as well as driving volume and market share growth over time.

Responsibilities:
1. Event & Internal Webinar Organization and Support
Provide operational support in organizing internal events for the Shared Service Center, VTRO, and Smart Diesel
Handle basic logistics: invitations, materials, coordination with suppliers or internal teams
Support the organization of internal webinars (agenda, invitations, follow-ups, post-event materials)
2. Administration, Reporting, and Promotional Materials
Manage internal and external promotional materials (orders, stock, distribution)
Track materials and associated costs
Prepare simple and periodic reports on marketing and communication activities
Provide administrative support for reimbursements and marketing records
3. Creation and Management of Internal Marketing Content and Smart Info Website
Create and update internal marketing content (announcements, communications, presentation materials)
Contribute to updating and managing content for the Smart Info website
Adapt and structure information received from internal teams into a clear and easy-to-understand format
Ensure consistency of messaging in line with the company’s identity
4. Internal Communication Activities
Support internal communication initiatives (internal campaigns, announcements, internal newsletters)
Collaborate with internal teams to centralize and disseminate relevant information
Contribute to improving internal communication flows and the visibility of internal projects
