• Development of PLC code for integrating sensors and actuators (e.g. valves, pumps)
• Implementation of controllers and drivers as well as enhancement of existing functionalities
• Execution of unit tests for all implemented features
• Analysis, evaluation, and tracking of defects and requirements
• Conducting code reviews and continuous optimization
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISA-95, ISA-88, GAMP5)
• Documentation of all development steps, tests, and changes according to regulatory requirements

• Strong experience in Siemens PLC programming (SCL) using TIA Portal
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, OPC UA, IO-Link or CANopen
• Experience with standards such as ISA-95, ISA-88 and GAMP5
• Solid experience with Git and Azure DevOps
• Background in regulated environments (e.g. pharma, biotech) is advantageous
• Very good English skills
