• Manage incidents, analyze system behavior, and coordinate changes
• Classify, prioritize, and manage incoming support tickets in the customers ITSM system
• Route tickets to the appropriate competence team or external service partner
• Resolve issues through:User enablement, training, and onboarding or relevant SAP customizing (no programming required)
• Maintain clear, timely, and transparent communication with all relevant business and IT stakeholders
• Take ownership of SAP WM, LE, (SD, PP and QM) processes in serial manufacturing environments, with a focus on production planning, material flow, and internal/intra-logistics
• Drive the functional design and implementation of solutions for production processes, BOM/routing integration, shopfloor feedback, and scanner based activities
• Translate production and logistics requirements into efficient and sustainable SAP processes in close collaboration with developers, key users, and global process owners
• Support the rollout of mobile and scanner-based applications (e.g., goods issue, material staging, label printing, inventory movements)
• Contribute to global projects and actively shape the future production and warehouse architecture (e.g., as a core member of the SAP S/4HANA project)
• Ensure complete system documentation, perform integration testing, and support key users during go live and hypercare phases
• Collaborate closely with teams from Production, Logistics, Quality, and IT to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in WM, LE, (SD, PP and QM)
• Strong hands-on customizing expertise
• Proven AMS experience (incident and change management)
• Experience in serial manufacturing environments
• Experience with mobile and scanner-based SAP processes preferred
• SAP S/4HANA project experience highly desirable
• Strong communication skills in an international environment
• Fluent in English, B2/C1 Level in Italian or German
