1. Working experience is required 4-5 years or above; experienced in Coat & Bond or semiconductor is plus

2. Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is plus

3. Major in Electricity Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or Engineering related

4. Language-English skill is required "A2" at least; Language -German is plus

Qualifications

1. Field support to customers in Taiwan

2. Support systems or machines of SUSS products; main task is related to hardware but might involve software & process troubleshooting in some occasions

3. On a rotary basis, required for on-call duty

4. Obligate to learn new products through daily work and training events; required to attend training events upon arrangement

5. Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts

6. Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement

7. Proactively take ownership on resolving service problems

8. Assist in application and sales to promote SUSS products toward customers

9. Other services assigned by management
