• Analyze and understand end-to-end finance and controlling processes across countries
• Support ERP deployment including localization, testing coordination, and issue tracking
• Document processes, SOPs, and training materials to drive standardization
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation during go-live phases
  

• Experience in finance transformation, ERP, or similar projects
• Strong finance background incl. Cost Accounting, Reporting, and GL
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and process design
• Fluent English, proactive communicator, and able to work independently
