Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Aircraft On Ground in Hamburg.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus
• Search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
• Ensure the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and develop creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicating demands to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring the performance of the Supply Chain in day-to-day business
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
• Part of the on-call service

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
• Professional experience in Materials Procurement / Planning, Supply Chain / Logistics and Customer Service
• Skills in the use of SAP
• User skills in Google Workspace advantageous
• Fluent English and good French / Spanish skills spoken and written
• German skills are a plus
