We are looking for a VAT Refund Specialist to support the development and sales of VAT Refund and Excise Duties services, acting as a key link between internal teams, customers, and our external partner.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and update sales offers, campaigns, and materials for VAT Refund and Excise duties.
- Support sales teams in customer discussions, cross-sell, and upsell activities.
- Identify customers with potential for VAT Refund and Excise duties.
- Act as a liaison between DKV Poland and external partner, coordinating processes, changes, and service expansion.
- Negotiate service terms and handle complex customer cases.
- Prepare weekly reports, analyze trends, and identify risks.
- Share knowledge and support internal teams with process expertise.

- Experience in VAT Refund, Excise duties, finance, sales support, or international services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Very good English and Polish.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
