Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as a PMO for UAS projects within Future Air Power (m/f/d) at the location Taufkirchen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and optimize project management processes and tools for Future Air Power's Spanish projects, in line with Airbus Defence and Space standards
• Support Project Managers in detailed planning, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting for assigned projects
• Ensure consistency and quality of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and decision logs
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, internal and external stakeholders, and Spanish partners
• Monitor project performance, identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary
• Coordinate and consolidate project information for the preparation of executive reports and presentations for senior management
• Participate in the implementation of best practices in project management and the continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Act as the key point of contact for all PMO-related matters for Spanish projects

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in project management
• Several years of work experience in PMO or Project Management roles, preferably in complex environments and/or the aerospace/defense sector
• Familiarity with the defense industry and the dynamics of international projects is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera P6)
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
• German and Spanish are a plus
