Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Project Management Responsible (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and/or contribute to transverse projects in the department's project portfolio
• Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations)
• Solid project planning, business case and milestone delivery in accordance with the plan as well as the department's Portfolio and Finance rules, for project lead or contribution
• Ensure active risk and opportunity management for the project
• Concise decision/steering committee dossiers or other project review material to be presented to the department's Management
• Regularly communicate on the status, progress and potential risks of your projects to the relevant stakeholder community
• Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt and seek for simplification

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Economics or comparable
• Work experience in Customer Service, Project Management and Stakeholder Management
• Knowledge in Risk-, Change-, Process-, and Project Management
• Experience in SAP and Google Workspace
• Airbus experience
• Knowledge in IT/Information Systems, Skywise and AI would be a plus
• Fluent English skills
