- Solid concept and knowledge of accounting
- Fixed asset and tax working experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Fixed asset capitalization and CAPEX control.
- Month-end closing: Assist with monthly and annual closing, accruals, and preparation of balance reconciliation.
- Withholding tax and income reporting: Assist with monthly and annual vendor withholding taxes and employee income tax filings.
- Asset management: Manage asset tag, conduct physical inventory of fixed assets.
- Document management and audit support: Maintain payment and supporting documents; provide required information for internal and external audits.
- Tax management: Support bi-monthly stamp tax filing; annual income tax audits and filings, and maintain familiarity with investment tax credit regulations.
- Projects: Assist in process improvements, and enhance automation and operational efficiency
