As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Your main focus is outbound calling based on DKV’s company data to acquire new customers in the small‑business segment.
- You present and sell new products by phone, consistently applying the sales techniques you’ve learned.
- You conduct a comprehensive analysis of the vehicle fleets of the companies you contact and independently manage the follow‑up effort after the first interaction based on revenue potential.
- You are responsible for implementing customer retention measures, activating existing customer relationships, and completing incoming prospect documentation.
- Your tasks also include conducting follow‑up and welcome calls, as well as receiving, forwarding, and responding to inquiries from prospects (phone/email/chat).
- You handle the completion‑oriented processing of system‑generated contacts and perform initial outreach without prior research or pre‑selection in the address pool.
- You are responsible for lead generation within the DKV product portfolio according to the sales strategy and support the field sales team with appointment scheduling and lead preparation.
- You take on sponsorships during the onboarding of new colleagues and support training and coaching of new team members.
- You already have experience in telesales and are familiar with professional communication with business customers.
- You bring solid PC skills, especially in MS Office applications.
- You have a strong sales mindset and a structured way of working.
- You stand out through strong communication skills, teamwork, and commitment.
- You have business‑fluent German skills and a polished manner of expression.
