As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You provide operational support in the daily customer service for all toll products, with a focus on 2nd‑level ticket processing.
- You act as the operational and coordinating interface to the Customer Service team in the Shared Service Center Romania.
- You work closely with external partners and support the optimization of customer service processes for all toll products (in alignment with the Product Managers).
- You identify improvement opportunities in the Complaints Management System (MS Dynamics) and contribute new requirements.
- You create and update ISO‑compliant process and product documentation for internal trainings and external partners.
- You keep marketing and sales materials for toll products up to date.
- You support analyses and reports related to toll products and tickets (SAP, PowerBI, Analysis for Excel, JIRA SD/MS Dynamics, TAPE).
- You assist in testing new functionalities in MS Dynamics.
- You have professional experience in customer service and/or customer care.
- You have completed a commercial (business-related) vocational training.
- You bring strong customer and service orientation as well as a good understanding of processes.
- You speak German and English very well, both spoken and written.
- You are confident in working with Microsoft Office.
