Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Buyer (m/f/d) in the Doors Apartment at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop a market strategy together with the MFT-Leader (Multi-Functional-Team)
• Consideration of the Airbus procurement vision and strategy
• Supply market research and assessment as well as supplier assessment
• Run call for tenders to support business operational needs
• Conduct relevant activities of the contract expiry and termination step as well as activities resulting from suppliers performance
• Contribute to company cost improvement programs: coordinating all activities, identifying opportunities and establishing associated plans with the Sub-MFT

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
• Professional experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, Aerospace and Contract Management
• Advanced skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent English and good German skills spoken and written
