What you can expect

• Take responsibility: You review and negotiate data‑privacy‑related contracts with national and international service providers.
• Tech enthusiasm: You use your passion for technology in direct collaboration with our technical and commercial business units, advising colleagues on all matters of data protection law (e.g., lawfulness of processing, handling of international data transfers, data protection impact assessments).
• Innovation driven: You stay on top of regulatory and technological developments and support the business in additional data‑regulation topics, such as the implementation of the AI Act.
• Manage risks and solutions: You support the business units in proactive risk management and ensure that mitigation measures are implemented effectively.
• Build partnerships: You coordinate and manage external advisors, benefiting from collaboration with experienced experts while bringing fresh perspectives into the organization.
