- Process governance of the journal publication processes
- Process (re-)design and execution of implementation in collaboration with all relevant departments and stakeholders
- Process documentation and knowledge management
- Providing consultation on best-in-class solutions
- Identification of challenges in the processes and assistance with the implementation of alternative solutions
