As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You independently develop Proof-of-Concept and Proof-of-Value solutions to solve complex business challenges using state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies.
- You actively shape the strategic direction of the company and drive value‑creating AI initiatives.
- You work on innovative, research‑driven future topics and explore disruptive technologies and trends.
- You apply and further develop statistical methods in an agile way to tackle data‑driven questions together with business departments or on your own initiative.
- You act as a trendsetter for data science and AI within the organization by identifying new developments and promoting their adoption.
- You translate complex concepts into clear messages by creating audience‑specific presentations, compelling data stories, and by collaborating closely with data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers on productive AI solutions.
- You hold a master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in data science and AI, ideally with a strong focus on research and proof‑of‑concept development.
- You are proficient in Python and SQL and have hands‑on experience working with Azure and Snowflake platforms.
- You have a solid understanding of statistical methods and apply them confidently and in an agile manner across various projects.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, create impactful presentations, and craft compelling data stories.
- You work independently as well as collaboratively, thrive in a fast‑paced and innovative environment, and stay up to date with current research and market trends in AI and machine learning.
