As Director
Ecosystem Governance (Data, AI, Open Platform), you can expect exciting

As part of
our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You design, operate, and continuously improve enterprise governance frameworks across APIs, data products, AI, platform lifecycle management, and partner integrations.
- You lead cross‑functional governance bodies, including the Data & AI Council, Data Governance Board, and Open Platform Governance, aligning diverse stakeholders across group companies and your own teams. You are the backbone of our Strategy and will bring Ecosystem life with your strong governance!
- You define, enforce, and evolve enterprise standards and compliance frameworks, covering Data Mesh principles, API policies, AI guardrails, SLO and SLA rules, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA/NIS2, and the EU AI Act.
- You govern the open platform ecosystem by overseeing partner onboarding, API integrity controls, interoperability standards, and contractual and technical guardrails.
- You run federated data governance across decentralized domains, ensuring clear ownership structures, robust quality management, consistent metadata and lineage, and effective Data Mesh operating principles.
- You apply responsible and agentic AI governance by addressing AI ethics, model lifecycle controls, safety mechanisms, and governance requirements for AI agents in operational environments.
- You define, track, and continuously assure ecosystem maturity KPIs, including data adoption, API monetization, marketplace usage, and AI agent performance.
- You bring a solid understanding of regulatory, security, and risk management topics, including platform security, access governance, risk controls, and regulatory frameworks shaping digital ecosystems.
- You bring deep expertise in designing, operating, and continuously improving governance frameworks across APIs, data products, AI, platform lifecycle management, and partner integrations.
- You have proven experience leading cross‑functional governance bodies, aligning diverse stakeholders across group companies as well as internal teams.
- You demonstrate strong capability in defining, enforcing, and evolving enterprise standards, including Data Mesh principles, API policies, AI guardrails, and SLO and SLA rules, while ensuring compliance with GDPR, DORA/NIS2, and the EU AI Act.
- You possess solid experience in governing open platform ecosystems, including partner onboarding, API integrity controls, interoperability standards, and contractual and technical guardrails.
- You are experienced in running federated data governance across decentralized domains, covering ownership models, quality management, metadata and lineage, and Data Mesh operating principles.
- You have a strong understanding of Responsible AI and agentic AI governance, including AI ethics, model lifecycle controls, safety mechanisms, and governance requirements for AI agents in production environments.
- You are capable of defining, tracking, and continuously assuring ecosystem maturity KPIs, such as data adoption, API monetization, marketplace usage, and AI agent performance.
- You bring a solid working knowledge of regulatory, security, and risk management topics, including platform security, access governance, risk controls, and regulatory frameworks shaping digital ecosystems.
