As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You support the analysis and preparation of marketing, campaign, and performance data (e.g. paid media, website, international campaigns).
- You create, maintain, and automate regular reports and dashboards (KPIs, funnel analyses, performance overviews).
- You contribute to measuring the success of marketing activities (e.g. ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) and conduct ad‑hoc analyses to answer specific business questions.
- You support A/B tests, campaign evaluations, as well as forecasting and scenario analyses.
- You help ensure data quality, perform plausibility checks, and support tracking concepts and data integrations.
- You analyze customer journeys as well as lead and B2B funnels (MQL/SQL) and derive data‑driven recommendations to optimize performance.
- You work closely with performance marketing, eCommerce, and external agencies, and use AI‑driven analysis methods to evaluate user behavior.
- You have a completed degree or are currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- You bring initial practical experience, ideally in a marketing or data‑driven environment.
- You have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers.
- You have first experience with analysis and reporting tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- You have basic knowledge of marketing KPIs and performance marketing principles.
- You work in a structured, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused manner.
- You have very good German and good English language skills.
- Ideally, you are interested in AI‑based analysis methods; first exposure to Amplitude is a plus.
