  • Working experience is required 10 years or above; experienced in Coat & Bond or semiconductor equipment is plus
  • Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is plus
  • Major in Electricity Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or Engineering related
  • Language-English skill is required "B2" at least; Language -German is plus
Qualifications
  • Field support to customers in Middle of Taiwan, ex: Taichung, Changhua, Yunlin.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales service and support to customers.
  • Manage all facts of customer retention, including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
  • Develop customer-specific procedures, and main task is related to management on equipment performance, CIP driving, manpower arrangement, field service and parts order processing.
  • Assist and manage return materials authorization processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs are completed with speed and accuracy.
  • Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts
  • Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement
  • Proactively take ownership on resolving service problems and well discipline of management
  • Execute escalation procedure with formal supervisory responsibilities.
