  • Lead efficient, secure, and compliant onboarding of B2B customers
  • Provide consulting, architecture, and technical guidance in the IAM space
  • Participate in daily meetings within an agile environment
  • Identify common pitfalls and drive continuous process improvements
  • Act as a key interface to stakeholders, AP, and potentially PM
  • Several years of experience as a Solution Architect
  • Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Hands-on experience with B2B customer onboarding
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: Experience with Saviynt (IAM tool); Project management experience; Openness for nearshore collaboration (Krakow)
  • Project with an international company; IAM Experience; Fair remuneration; Transparent and quick process + feedback by HAYS
