• Design standardized reporting templates for global and regional performance management using a greenfield, Design Thinking–based approach
• Facilitate the Design Thinking process, including organizing and leading workshops with global stakeholders
• Conduct and synthesize insights from customer interviews to harmonize global and national reporting requirements

• Deep knowledge in Design Thinking
• Fluent oral and written German and English language skills
• Profound experience as Project Manager
