Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Quality Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects
• Define measurement standards to enhance process performance, product compliance, reliability, and repeatability
• Support Quality Focal Points in new development projects
• Support APQP deployment for Quality scope
• Facilitate PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
• Support Quality solutions/technologies within new development initiatives
• Support meetings and coordinate quality activities across sites and organizations
• Ensure consistent application of process management guidelines in line with EN9100
• Maintain and continuously improve the process referential (competencies, resources, documentation, networks)
• Support Process Management Teams to improve process maturity
• Assess and ensure effective implementation of process changes
• Collaborative improvement of Airbus Business Process Management
• Assure process adherence implementation and effectiveness
• Monitor process performance, compliance, deliverables, and surveillance plans
• Assure quality of process deliverables and process surveillance plan
• Monitor process resources, performance indicators, surveillance plan, compliance etc.
• Prepare and ensure process maturity assessments
• Monitor action plans, risks, and opportunities
• Integrate best practices and lessons learned
• Conduct systematic root cause analysis (by PPS, 9S, Pareto, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
• Support effective process implementation (communication, documentation, tools)

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Aircraft Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Aircraft Construction, Manufacturing engineering, Process Improvement, Quality Management and FMEA
• Good knowledge in Risk Management and Total Quality Management
• User skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Skills in Skywise advantageous
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German and French skills is a plus
• This position requires an english CV
