In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism and will possess a strong understanding of business process analysis, solution design, and automation best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Document automation processes and solutions, ensuring they are easily maintainable and scalable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- Develop and conduct RPA testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated solutions.
- Monitor RPA performance, recommend improvements, and ensure high availability.
- Continuously stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in RPA technology.
- Ensure RPA solutions comply with governance and security standards.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on RPA best practices.
- Proven experience in RPA development (minimum 3 years) using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, Agile frameworks, and version control.
- Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
