- You act as the central link between sales processes & performance measurement, sales data, and technical requirements.
- You work within our Sales Data Hub, optimising sales processes, performance tracking, and commercial decision-making
- You take on a leading role in developing and maintaining PowerBI Dashboards covering sales KPIs, pipeline health, forecasting, and campaign performance.
- You define and continuously improve sales KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring relevance, clarity, and adoption by sales teams.
- You enable sales teams by training and supporting them on dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools, driving adoption and impact.
- You enalyse funnel performance and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and growth opportunities.
- You support the execution of data-driven sales and revenue campaigns, from segmentation and targeting to performance tracking and optimisation.
- You transform insights into concrete recommendations and support sales leaders in prioritising actions.
- You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You bring experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or a similar commercial analytics role.
- You have a strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue metrics, and you can translate them into technical requirements for engineers.
- You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You are a great stakeholder manager who can talk to sales and engineering alike.
- You are highly proficient in Power BI and experienced in building dashboards that drive action.
- You are comfortable working with CRM data and sales systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy turning complex data into clear stories and recommendations.
- You think beyond reporting and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- You are execution-oriented and enjoy working closely with sales teams to turn insights into results.
- You communicate effectively and are able to bridge different target groups (business & tech).
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
