Your prospective job:

You are acting as an Manufacturing Engineer / Digital strategy (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure integration of global MES Digital Strategy with all sites and programs
• Ensure MES Global Network engagement
• Ensure the deployment of MES on sites by engaging commitment from production teams and different functions
• Act as Global MES communication Ambassador
• Implement global change management measures
• Definition and Support of Central Deployment Planning & associated interdependencies and risks
• Engage commitment and collaboration from site production teams, local functions (AOS, Airbus Operation System) and MES core team
• Challenge local requirements vs global requirement and collaborate/decide based on MES global strategy and local requirement if not aligned
• Implementation: training, governance, communication workshops
• Ensure transparency on progress with the use of KPIs and 4 box reports to anticipate risks and issues
• Support and monitoring good use of budget consumption based on deliverables
• Participation on meeting based on MES governance model
• Ensure good MiP (Move-into-Production), by participating in workshops and sanity checks

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Project Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or comparable
• Work experience in Work Preparation, Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering, IT / Information Systems, Production Planning and Control and Process Planning
• Knowledge in Lean Management, Risk Management and Project Management
• Experience in Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills
• German and French would be a plus
• Willingness to travel
