We are looking for a results-driven Data Scientist who can translate complex data into scalable AI solutions and actionable business insights.
In this role, you will help shape the company’s strategic direction by driving real value through AI and analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Measurable Business Impact
- Independently lead AI and analytics initiatives that generate tangible business value
- Actively contribute to and influence the company’s strategic direction
- Apply Advanced Analytics & AI
- Develop and apply advanced statistical methods in an agile environment
- Work on business-critical questions using: Regression models, Time series analysis and Machine learning & AI algorithms
- Collaborate cross-functionally or drive initiatives independently
- Turn Data into Action
- Design and execute analyses on large datasets
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Work across the full spectrum — from Excel-based analysis to deep learning models
- Build Scalable AI Solutions
- Develop and own customized Data Science and AI solutions
- Work with SQL on Azure and Snowflake platforms, Python is nice to have
- Lead projects end-to-end: from Proof of Concept (PoC) to fully operational production models
- Create audience-tailored presentations
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear business language
- Deliver compelling data storytelling to support decision-making at all levels
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science, AI, Advanced Analytics, or similar roles
- Proven ability to generate measurable business value through data-driven solutions
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Hands-on experience with: Python, SQL, Azure and Snowflake
- Experience building scalable models from PoC to production
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
